I've decided that I need to get a new Varmint rifle even though I've bought a few already this year. I've always wanted a .22-250 so I've decided to take the plunge. I was thinking the best "bang for the buck" would be a Tikka T3 Varmint Stainless. Any input on my choice would be appreciated or if someone has something else they can recommend? Thanks in advance.

Your choice of model and chambering is bang on. You won't be disappointed.
Catridge selection is highly dependant on what you plan to use the rifle for. Long shots on bigger varmints is an excellent choice for a 22-250. High volume shooting on smaller varmints at closer range is a poor choice for the 22-250.
I started out shooting gophers in Southern Alberta with a 22-250. It quickly became obvious that the longer ranges over open ground with the wind we typically get here puts the 22-250 at a disadvantage. So I went to a .243 Win which solved all the problems of the 22-250 except it created a new one, too much heat after too few rounds.
So now I have a 6BR, a .223 Rem and a .221 Fireball. All of which can vapourize gophers to decent distances without overheating the barrel inside of a dozen rounds.

I think I have all the bases covered. I already have a .17 hmr, 22 wmr, .223 Rem, .204 Ruger, and .243 Win. So, by getting the .22-250 I should not require anything else. ( unless of course something catches my eye and I really " must " have it ). I went ahead and ordered the Tikka. Now I have to figure out what kind of optics to put on it.
Where would the 204 ruger Fit in? it is for sure the next Varmit cartridge that i'm going to buy,mainly for goghers.Whats your opinion on the 204 ruger?

You might want to look at the Vortex Viper 6.5-20X50 with either the BDC or Mil Dot reticle, they retail under $600 and are a great scope for the money. I have one on my 25-06 coyote rifle and love it, great glass, clear and bright too.
The 204 Ruger is gonna be similar to the 223 as they are roughly the same case size. I don't have any personal experience with the 204 but I would be concerned about it burning barrels as it is shoving a bunch of powder down a pretty small bore. Personally I'd go with a 20 Vartarg which is basically a 20 Fireball. That little case won't burn barrels yet it is very efficient and can produce some impressive velocities.
It all comes down to what you want from the rifle. Mostly here in S Alberta it is high volume shooting so we need cases that won't burn barrels and won't overheat barrels quickly. We also typically want a explosive terminal effect which means high velocity lightweight bullets.
