Vortex has released a number of new crossfire HD scopes. I recently purchased a 2-7x32mm rimfire scope and I was very pleased with the optical clarity of the scope. I think these scopes are very good value with the HD glass. There are a number of different models, some with illuminated reticles. The scope I purchased was half the cost of a leupold equivalent which does not have HD glass. The majority of these scopes are one inch scopes and as such do not weigh a lot.

I hope your prepared for the haters club to show up! Best break out the Nomex coveralls for the flaming about to happen. Good to hear your experience was positive!!

How's their warranty? :ROFLMAO:
Vortex has a good warranty, however they do put a sticker around the scopes to not torq them greater that 18 inch pounds. They have done this for years, since I think a lot of scopes are damaged this way. I have a couple of aero precision ultralight scope mounts and they include a handy tool with the scope mounts to help avoid problems from over torqing. If Vortex did this it might save them a lot of warranty returns.

This TORX tool limits torqing to 15 inch pounds

How's their warranty? :ROFLMAO:
They have the ABSOLUTE BEST warranty in the industry.

Just last Monday, I went to the customer service center in Guelph to ask them to look at a scope that I bought from a guy on GP.
The scope was damaged (despite the seller assured me it's new), they gave me a brand new scope under their Life Time warranty.

Vortex has a great warranty, but it gets used far too often for me to trust their scopes. I have experienced two Crossfire scopes that would not adjust properly.
