#20810 The Precision 2" offset cantilever mount with 30mm rings is $349.95 in store or on the website. Machined from 7057 T6 billet aluminum, the rings and bases are kept together as a matched set through out production and cnc milled to 0.0005" tolerances.



#20811 Razor HD Angled Spotting Scope, 27-60x85. In store and on the website now for $2299.95.



#20812 Razor HD Angled Spotting Scope, 22-48x65. In store and on the website now for $1799.95



#20813 Vortex Lens Cleaning Pen. In store and on the website now for $15.95.



#20814 High Country Bipod with Ball Swivel Head. In store and on the website now for $ 144.95. 5lb load limit in a 2.2Lb package.

Good question, I really need to spend on glass to justify that mount price. Is this model more beefy then the standard ADM QR set-up?

The ADM with the same specs is MSRP at $263.95 in U.S. dollars. That comes out to just about $349, depending what the bank charges to convert the currencies.

I find it interesting that a little chunk of anodized CNC-milled aluminum costs $350, when I can get a much larger amount of CNC-milled metal for similar price:

But.. I just bought an ADM mount same specs and it was 240$ + tax and shipping

And other Canadian dealers sell for similar prices.

These aren't 350$ mounts or as you say in the us the ADM isn't 400 $ mount.


So what's different?

I agree, it seems to be a bit much when compared to other ADM mounts out there. But Vortex has it as $480 MSRP on their website.

I'll clarify this for all those asking. The vortex mount pictured is not the same specs as the ADM RECON mounts you're all comparing it to which yes can be had for around 240-270 CAD brand new.
The vortex branded mount pictured appears to be akin to the ADM DELTA mounts which have an MSRP of 265 USD

Do the research yourself..... I'm pointing out what everyone was comparing them to was incorrect as well as your pricing comparison. I'm not your personal google account, if I was I'd be searching "what is a double negative".

Maybe not missing anything. I don't know the major difference between the Delta and the Recon mounts, maybe thickness / rigidity?

If you don't like the price, don't buy them. Same price everywhere I looked for this version, so complaining has no advantage.

That is correct, this is rated to 5lbs. That would be a very heavy camera set up or a huge set of binoculars. The Pro-GT is their 10lbs capable tripod.

It's all about the specs of the item being machined and the material it's being made out of. Smaller items with complex shapes are harder to machine than larger items with simple shapes.

This is the Precision series mount, which I was not clear on originally and apologize for. These are made as matched sets, and machined to very tight tolerances as they are tested against the same ring components at all stages rather than a random ring from the same batch.
