Newb Cooey Question

I was at the range the other day shooting my Cooey 600 and all my shots were about 2 inches high at 25 yards. I'm not sure how to adjust the rear sight to compensate. Should I be sliding it to the left or right? And heres a picture of the rifle.

Move the rear sight down to bring your shot placement down. Move your rear sight up to bring your shot placement up. ie: up is up : down is down.
