Newb Questions about Dies and Shell Holders

Some routine newbie questions.

Will Lee dies work in my RCBS Rock Chucker ?

Will Lee Shell Holders work in my RCBS Rock Chucker?

Do you generally stick with one companies stuff (Lee, RCBS ect) for all your stuff or do you mix and match when it's more cost effective or as availability dictates?

Yes.

Yes.

It varies. For myself, I use Redding Match and Competition dies for my competition guns. I use a mix of Redding, Lee, RCBS, Lyman, Forster and Pacific dies for other calibers.

Why are Lee Die Sets 3 piece (The ones I am looking at) but the RCBS ones I have only 2 Piece?

The Lee dies you are looking at probably include Lee's factory crimp die. The third die could also be a neck sizing die, Lee has a few different combinations available (including 2 die sets).

Keep in mind also that Lee has "universal" shell holders that work in their presses and others, but they also have shell holders specifically for their hand priming tool. Make sure you get the universal ones.

For dies I just get whatever is available (currently have Lee, RCBS and Hornady).
