I'm just about ready to go out and buy the tools and all but I have a couple of questions for the experts.

What do you suggest for an all around primer ( used for 270 wsm ) ( cold, hot, humid temps.)?

Where can I get the MAGPRO from Accurate in Quebec (if possible)?

LeBaron used to carry it but not anymore, it looks like they are pulling out of reload, the only powder they carry is the Winchester.

Thanks guys

"...all around primer..." Use a regular large rifle primer. Accurate uses a Winchester in the loads on their web site though. .accuratearms.com. Add the W's. Don't get married to one powder though.
"...the only powder they carry..." That's not unusual. There's a lot of government interference involved with retailing powder.

well I was out to Higginson today and bought an Anniversary kit and all kinds of goodies.... I got some H4350 with Hornady SST 140 gr for the 270 wsm and some WC735 with V_MAX 50 gr. for the .223

I'll be doing a lot of reading first but will soon be in production......
so any help is greatly accepted.

Start with the starting load and work up.
Watch for pressure signs. They are not always easy to see, but if you do your reading (at the beginning of most loading manuals) you will have a good idea of what to look for.
Be sure your cases are clean before resizing.
Have fun!
