Figured I'd make an introductory thread. I'm new to the gun scene, just got my PAL over the summer, and am looking to purchase a rifle. I was referred to this site by a buddy of mine slicknick I believe is his alias here. So I'll be looking mostly for newbie information, thank you in advance for your patience with my questions. A little about me: I'm a draftsman, a little geeky, I drink a lot of pilsner (the champagne of the prairies) and love the outdoors. Camping, hiking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, I love all of it, and hunting seemed like a good next step.
