Hello,
I've heard a lot of good feedback about this forum so I thought I'd jump in. From my username you can guess that I love to hunt grouse. I have a passion for rimfires and like to visit gun shows to check out the new and old rifles. I own a few shotguns but no centerfires. I just added a Cooper JSR .22 to my collection and topped it with a Bushnell Elite 6500 Series 2.5-16x42 scope with fine duplex.
During this time of year I get to combine all (3) of my passions (rimfires, grouse hunting, atv's). There is nothing that I enjoy more than idling down a remote cutline or trail on my quad with one of my trusty .22's in the scabbard searching for birds. Just being out on a sunny autumn day is reward enough; if I bag a few grouse that's a bonus.
My knowledge base lies mostly with rimfires, especially the rifles, scopes and ammo that I have and continue to use. I live in St. Albert and frequent the many ATV and gun shops in Edmonton and surrounding area.
Regards. GH
