Newbie from Ontario

High all,

Pleased to find this website, looks like I will be staying a while. I have been out of the shooting game for a while (15 years or more) and am now getting back into it. PAL is due in a month or so, and while waiting have found a shop willing to let me buy and hold my new aquisitions until the paperwork comes through.

I pretty much shoot only targets, and am not a hunter (no issues with it, just no need for me...except for a few wayward beavers and raccoons on my property):mad:

To feed my trap and skeet fix I "have" a Remington Wingmaster (older model), and a Remington Peerless OU that has worked well for me.

To feed my holes in paper habit, I have a brand new Savage MkII-BV with Bushnell Legend 5-15 scope that I just can't wait to break in and group with, and a Henry H001 for just messing about.

I live in southern Ontario and have a couple of good clubs nearby that should give lots of opportunities to get out and have a bit of fun.

Pleased to meet you all and look forward to contributing when I can.

Welcome as well and I too suggest joining the CSSA and to be politically aware of what has been happening to the shooting community since you have been away.

We barely survived the last Liberal administrations obsession with eliminating gun owners and privately owned firearms in Canada because we and they are so evil.
