newbie problems

i just made up my first reloads last night and shot them today. i reloaded for my 7-08 with no problems then today i went to de prime and resize some 300wsm cases. i have lee dies and the resizing die will not accept the 300wsm case. i put about 40 pounds pressure on the press( yes their lubed) and it wouldnt even go in at all. i stopped their because i didnt want to damage anything. help?!?


and my lee kit came with the case trimmer but it is missing the piece that holds it to the shell so it trimms evenly. is their a better system for trimming? what do u experts suggest?:)


the other problem is that im friggin addicted to reloading :rolleyes: lol

yes im using the right die i took it apart to see if any obstructions . i looked at the actualy resizing sleeve and it says right on it 300 wsm and the sleeve seems to be the only problem. the sleeve iinner diameter is .526 and the cases diameter is .542 ??????

Mine mics in at 0.552". Me thinks you may have a goofed up die. Have you used this die before?
