Well guys, the time has come for me to look at reloading. Was wondering if you could give me a detailed list of the items required. Bullets, brass, and powder aside, what will I need to load, 300wm, 35 rem, 444xlr, 45acp ? Is there a starter kit lol thanks in advance

Buy an RCBS RockChucker Supreme Master kit. It comes with a Speer manual. Read it 3-4 times, cover to cover, before you even unpack any of the other stuff in the box. Actually, buy at least 2-3 manuals, and read them ALL cover to cover several times. Reloading, in practice, is quite safe and easy, but you need to build up quite a large knowledge base to do it safely and effectively. Also, read this forum as much as you can. Most basic questions (like this one), have been answered very well, many times in the past. There must be over 1000 years loading experience in this forum, lots of good advice is shared here.

X2 on the master kit.

You not only save over buying the stuff individually, you don't have to search around for each item.

Some of the things you will need outside of the kit would be die sets for each of the rounds you want to reload and to name a few of the more important items:

a powder trickler
a case trimmer
a primer hole brush for cleaning the primer holes out when reusing brass
and something for cleaning used brass like a tumbler or washer or you can just do it by hand and take a long time.

and like mentioned 1 reloading manual is never enough

you can find a lot of reloading stuff here on the EE though like die sets and whatnot

Pop across the border, presses are considered tools, and not subject to export controls. Typical price down south is $249-279, good price up here is around $400-450. Get your dies down there too, just don't buy any powder, bullets or primers (US side doesn't let anyone export them without a permit)

You'll need a caliper/micrometer, and eventually a case trimmer. I like the Lyman one because of the universal shell holder.

For 20 bucks get a copy of ABC's of reloading from Amazon.ca.. Read it and you'll know, among other things, what you'll need.

As far as Press Kits go, I'd also consider the one offered by Redding. Chinese made RCBS presses have given owners some grief of late. RCBS has an excellent warranty, equal to that of Reddings but warranty or no, a cracked toggle on a new $300 press has got to be a piss off.
