After going the the range for the past few months and getting horrible groups, I decided to do a bit of reading in regards to rifle marksmanship.
I came upon the Sniper Training Field Manual for the US Army and the FBI Basic Rifle Training Manual. After reading these books and trying to practices some of the principals, my groups started to shape up and I felt more control over my rifle. Definite improvement, but still not very good.
I thought that these might help some of the newer shooters like me. Just keep in mind that some of the things they say may be for military only and remember that what you learned in the CFSC overrides the safety advice in these documents.
