newbie to ranges. could use some help.

hi guys.
jut got a new rifle and would like to sight it in. normally i go to the bush to do so, but i'm really tired of going to see a huge mess.

i'm not a member at any ranges. mainly because the closest range to me no longer permits rifles (langley rod and gun club)

so i'm looking for a range that is set up for at least .30 cal out to 500 yds. i don't plan to go very often. maybe even only once or twice a year. are there any ranges in the lower mainland that offer 500 yds for rifles? do i need a membership? are there drop in days? i'm not opposed to membership, in fact if i had one i may actually get outta the house more often.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now that dinner is over, after reading your post again, Burk mt would be your best bet they have drop in, 20 bucks, I think, at Mission a guest pass for the day is 20. If you are looking to join a range I recommend touring a few before joining one. Abbotsford has a nice range but I think a little short, And Chilliwack has a good range, I have never been.
