Newbie/virgin reloader equipment checklist

Don't forget digital calipers if they weren't mentioned to check your cartridge length for trimming.

I loaded without a tumbler for quite few years as well. Put on the rubber gloves and get some carb cleaner and a rag...one case at a time.

Still use two single stage presses and a small digital scale. Load it all by hand.
 
Most of your gear can be had used, look on Facebook marketplace,kijiji.townpost.
Auction sites Icollector is very good for reloading gear.
I started out castling projectiles for my muzzleloaders and then for an old black powder cartridge rifle . So casting was easy for me .
