If you want to sell things here you need to sign up for permission to use the EE (equipment exchange).
Other people can not reply directly to your ads on the EE, they rely on PM or email to contact you if they are interested in the item you have for sale. If prospective buyers can't contact you they can't buy from you either. You need to either turn on the Private Messaging (PM) or allow email to your account. I suggest you turn on PM.
