Newest project. Steyr m95

Steyr m95 Mannlicher, 8mmX56, Budapest 1915. Great looking bore and all numbers match. Arsenal build carbine, not a cut down rifle.

Was it the stock?

Had to clean it up and refinish the stock. The bolt needed some polising in and out. The stock had several coats of messed up varnish over a cosmoed mess of a stock. I was able to refinish it while keeping all arsenal marks. Shoots surprisingly good for a m95.
