Shame there isn't a 308 version of a Tavor out there that just takes standard AR mags instead of the FAL mags...so much more potential...

That's too bad. The Tavor release actually makes more sense for the gun and functions perfectly naturally. One handed mag release and grab of mag just feels right ....when you get used to it.
