News of Glock’s 19X Pistol Leaked

I like it, we're in Canada cant carry so I dont care for a short/stubby grip. Personally for me G19 grip is too short but G17 feels perfect. If you need extended barrel than its a deal breaker.

I can honestly say that I don't for the life of me understand why the 34 isn't a better seller in Canada.

Not necessarily. There were a whole bunch of Gen3 G19s on sale by retailers just before Christmas which had barrels that were neither threaded nor obnoxiously long; protruding just a bit beyond the frame.

Same here. I tried a g19 and hated the grip length. I preferred the g17 but felt the shorter slide of the 19 was handier/quicker. I’m interested in one of these. If I want a longer sight radius I’ll go with. G34.
 
There's nothing wrong with having more options. It's not like they're discontinuing the regular 19 or 17 in favor of this one. I won't be buying one but I don't get all the butt hurt.
