I loaded up a bunch of rounds for my 7mmRM, 1500 Howa action this past year using 160 gr Nosler Accubonds and IMR4831 powder. The accuracy wasn't too bad, 1 to 1 1/2 5 shot groups. Certainly enough for hunting, but I want better accuracy.
What would your opinion be for a next logical powder choice?
Something that burns slower like Reloder 22 or IMR 7828?
Something that burns faster like Reloder 19 or IMR 4350?
I know that each rifle will like something different and I may have to experiment with 2 or 3 of the choices, but I want to focus on one first. Hopefully, I'll get lucky!
(And yes, I have sent my Howa 1500 bolt in for the recall!)
