Today, i've just recieve my Marlin 7000!!!!!!!!!!
.......the last day before vacations!....i'm lucky cause, in holidays, the postal service is ''OFF'' a couple of days.I expect to have a lot of fun. One thing i noticed is that the provied rings are made for scope up to 38mm but i expect to buy a Banner 4-12 40mm so witch rings will fit? I have an old pair of rings that came with a rimfire rifle scope i bought couple years ago. Those are higher than the ones that came with the rifle, but looks crapy?!? Tomorow, i'll buy a scope and maybe rings. Any suggestions welcomed! And for the break-in procedure, is it the same as the centerfire rifle or is a good cleaning anough?
