Nickel Bullets with Round Yellow Tip?

I was given a bunch of bullets and found a bunch that are nickel in colour, magnetic and have a yellow round plastic tip on the end. They are marked 6.5mm but I have not verified the diameter or weight yet.

Anyone know what they may be? All that I can find based on google searches is most likely Norma but nothing else.

Trying to figure out if these are better than plinking bullets for the 6.5x55mm.

They're Norma 139 grain PPDC [Plastic Point Dual Core] bullets. They open much easier than their new Oryx or their old Alaska.

Should you want to sell them, I'd be interested, at least once the strike is over, as they work in one of my '55's.
