Does anyone have a Night Force scope. I know where they are sold and am checking into a second mortgage on the house but I think this is what I want for benchrest and target shooting on my 6BR. Kevin.

should post this in the optics forum, you will find there are a few guys using them, but they are way to $$$$ for my guns LOL

I use a NF 12-42x56 BR on my 6BR F-Class rig and I wouldn't use anything less now that I have one. I would suggest the BR over the NXS due to the fact that the NXS is 1/4 min adjustments and the BR is 1/8 min adjustments.

See my post HERE (See finished pics at bottom of 1st post)

Fire off an email to Alex at Eurooptic.com, that is where I got mine from and he will send you a price list better than is on his website, and he doesn't charge to do the export paperwork.

Their are several sponsering CGN Dealers that carry the NightForce line:

-V-Bull Precision
-The Shooting Edge
-Alberta Tactical Rifle

There also may be a few more sponsers that carry them as well, but those are the main three I know of............

Why go through the hassle of permits and order from the U.S. when you can get NightForce right here in Canada and support Canadian businesses????? ;)

I just got my Nightforce 12x42 56 BR model with NPR 2 reticle. it is a solid scope with excellent glass. As I don't crawl around in the woods for a living I got the BR model instead of the NXS saved about $500. Key points
NPR 2 reticle to allow hold off for windage as the scope sit on top of 308. they now come with CH and dot reticles without the additional $150 installation charge.
say it with me repeatable clicks. this is big if you shoot multiple distances in a day.
The 12x42 comes with 40moa of elevation 8x32 has 50moa you would need to get a 20moa rail to get to 1000 yards.
Even with the rail I needed 1 inch high rings so the 56mm obj didn't touch the barrel (my barrel is tapered) you would need at least 1.125 rings for a straight barrel

I got mine from Hirsch Precision excellent service and a great guy to deal with

We usually have between 20-40 Nightforce scopes in inventory at any given time, so hopefully we can help you out.
