Has anyone had success with a Bushnell Stealthview type monocular mounted behind a scope? I have a mount that attaches to the eyepiece of the scope and has a tripod mount. The stealthview also has the ilumminator far over to one side compared to others, so I wonder if it is enough to illuminate a reasonable depth and width of field? Perhaps the mount can set it up such that the illuminator is on top preventing to much interuption?

Not with the stealth view, no.

I've used my avenger in that kind of setup though:

And I just ordered 2 Armasight Sparks to try and build a more compact night setup with. (one is for sale in the EE)

No, but they to work better for a lower power scopes.

Not sure if the bushnell has an objective focus which helps getting the reticle in focus.
