Not expensive and maybe even decent quality. Will it ship to Canada? I suppose not, our government wants us to be night blind.

Looks super awkward to use. Having a rifle shouldered and being able to see whats on the screen at the same time would be pretty hard. They need to mount that screen a good 6" forward maybe.

Cheaper on eBay, and definitely available in Canada, as are thermal units like my Sector Optics T20, a few models of ATN night vision scopes, all sorts of toys for seeing in the dark.

And this eBay model comes with a little cloth shroud to reduce escape of screen light to the sides and top, though of course it'll still light up the shooter's face nicely. I think such a unit might be a very useful, cheap option for airgun pest control.

I'll stick with my reworked infrared setup for rats - a 3x compact scope with a Carson NV200 monocular mounted behind it, the infrared emitter pulled out of the unit and mounted in a tube with a focusing lens in front for longer range illumination, and a 3xAA battery housing mounted outside it as the internal 3xAAA just ran out of power far too quickly. Very compact setup. No face illumination, just lights up my eye. And mounted on my Pardini K12 with a lightweight folding stock it's a tidy little kit with pinpoint accuracy. Rats don't stand a chance.
