Nightforce/Cadex/ which ADM mount?

Hey there,I need some help in choosing the correct optic mount.
I have a build being done,in a Cadex chassis. I've ordered an MXS 5.5-22x50 optic.
I want to order a ADM QD mount,but not sure which one. I'll post a pic of the optic and the mount specs,can someone tell me if this is the correct mount? I was thinking the SL model
