Hi...looking for reviews on this rangefinder. Time a for an upgrade. I like the price on the Nikon at 350 USD for a new one.

My brother has one. Compared to my Zeiss it is not as clear and crisp. but the range finding is as good and sometimes better.

I ranged a rock at 1975 yards with my Leica 1600 last weekend

farthest i have ranged with my lieca crf 1200 is just over 1300 yards .

i got the riflehunter 1000 from opticsplanetdotcom and love it. it does 0.1yd increments. not sure if the monarch only does 1yd increments. i have no purpose of ranging anything outside my area code.
