I upgraded from a blued syn. Omega to a lam. thumbhole stainless this year and bought the Omega scope to go with it. Mounted in Leupold dual dove tail rings and bases. I shoot the recommended load, actually I used Shockey's Gold instead of T7, but the trajectories were the same. I had better accuracy with my old Omega, but played with the loads to get them that way. Next year I'm going to try loose instead of pellets and try to tighten the groups, although even with the 250 yard circle it was still deer deadly. As for the scope itself, its got mucho eye relief, all of it isn't really necasarry, but its nice to have. The clarity is great, and with the heavy loads of 3 pellets it never faltered for zero. The circles in the reticle were right on the money using the recommended load.
