No 4 Mk1 stock on mk2?

It has to be altered. Requires removal of the reinforcing strap, removal of wood and inletting the back of the stock to fit the trigger mounting block, fitting patches on each side where the strap was, then installing the reinforcing through bolt. Was done by armourers back in the day.

Allot more then l expected
 
No.4 Mk.2 fore stocks are a lot harder to come by than Mk.1 stocks as they were only made for a much shorter time period and in far smaller numbers with less spares in the system.
