love their technology, charge a capacitor whenever daylight available, brilliant, function without a battery or dead capacitor in normal daylight conditions anyway, simple squared, screams 'hunting kiss' principles
I would love to see them jump into the scope market with this tech and take on the Trijicon accupoint for battery free illumination competition. And...be original, come up with some of formula's hunters have long loved from leupold (lightweight 1" tube scopes, cds-zl turrets or lr duplex reticles) and the Trijicon...like if they started to market with a 6x36 with a cds-zl elevation turret and that solar/capacitor super compact illumination and made it about 10 oz....and made sure it could handle rough drop tests, tracking was spot on, and return to zero spot on...proper high quality competition....that said scope would fly off the shelves imo and set the stage to expand the line up, focus on the compact hunters first before following the trend of telescopes for the prs nonsense....right now the market for the hunters is starving and could use a splash like that.
