As per No Dak Spud's website https://www.nodakspud.com/ (emphasis mine)

We are moving! In January, 2022, NoDak Spud is moving to South Carolina to join the JJE family of companies (the best known of these is Palmetto State Armory) under the H&R (Harrington & Richardson) brand in a relaunch of this legacy firearms name.

Because of the logistical details of the move, the final day we will be taking orders from our current facility is Thursday, December 23rd. To get your order in place before this date, please call us at 952-942-1909.

Many of the NDS products will be available under this new enterprise, but it will take several months to have everything in place to again take orders.

The NDS retro AR line of receivers and parts will be transitioning to the H&R brand. All customers who have existing orders and those on interested parties lists will be contacted with further information.

I think it's safe to assume that with the previous months of silence on the NDS 18C and the time taken for them to make up on disrupted US based orders that it is kaput. It was a bright young spark that fizzled away too soon. I will be removing it from my Black rifle list, RIP.

IRG has a history of announcing new rifles coming in "just a few more weeks", and then never delivering for months/years...

Anyone remember when the WK180-C first came out, and IRG was hot on their heels with their shiny fluted barrel stainless 180 thingamajig?

It was supposed to be better than the WK in every way and "arriving in just a few weeks"... they even showed off a handful of complete rifles at the Calgary gun show that year- I handled one! If I recall correctly they also stated it would be "only $1200, no wait $1500, no wait $1800 but we swear it'll be worth it guys it's gonna be awesome we have different length forends, and look the barrel has spiral fluting that's super cool right!?!"... aaaaaaaaaand then. they. never. delivered. any.

Given their track record, it was safe to say from the start that they'd never deliver on the NDS 18C. I doubt they'd ever actually put in their own time and money to deliver a dedicated rifle to the Canadian market.
