No drill T81 scope mount

Is there a scope mount ie picatinni railed dust cover or something that lets u mount scope on T81 without having to drill and tap

Yes you have options the easiest being just locate a rail that TI offered they come with threaded pins and the mount attaches via those pins

They were scarce at one point but just search EE or ####### and keep an eye open.

Follow the gnutzguy video. Works well. I put around 175 rounds through the rifle and it held zero as far as I can tell

TI mentioned that something new will become available - in 2023, lol.

Contact sigmaco on gp and ask him. I have more trust in that guy.

Oh yes, you cannot drill and tap, it is sheet metal.

i did at some point design something , for that , still have the file , but never bothered to go further with it becasue of dumb liberal ...

This is 3D printed and isn’t going to be used for anything outside of photos…now that that’s out of the way.

I’m just trying to figure rough numbers for people still trying to hunt down side rails.
Currently trying to justify some things and numbers would be the easiest way of doing that.

For what its worth I'd buy a well machined side rail for my OR folder in a heartbeat. Ive got a Belomo POSP in need of a solid rail to mate with the T81, ya dig.

I'm not gonna buy another optic just to get the side rail, and I'm not handy enough to make a run of the mill AK side plate fit my folder. If you bring a well machined, solid T81 side rail to the market, I could buy two and still have saved money, including shipping and the 400$ POSP.

The price of the Kobra with the included side rail is ridiculous, and thats before shipping and taxes. The people need an alternative to a 750$+ kobra, or the perpetually out of stock no drill side mounts other people have produced.

What I'm saying is, youd have my dollars
