No drilling Dovetail to Weaver Conversion for Mosin Rear sight

I'm having a hard time finding one of these that ships to Canada.

Does anyone know a source that has them for reasonable prices akin to the ones on amazon.com or an american dealer who will ship to Canada from the site?

i just got the Ace Equipment mount from ebay for 35.95$, takes over the front sight, made from aluminum, has two rings cnc'd to the body, 2 screws on each side, holds a 1" ler scope. Havent used it yet but looks like it should hold solid. and you dont need to buy rings .

The utg adaptors I got off of amazon were pure junk but these that I got off of eBay are actually very good.
