Where would you go to find a nice:

Argentine 1909 Cavalry Carbine

Any kind of Loewe Mauser

Finish Mosin

I find the market dried the last five years significantly out in terms of interesting milsurps. The rest became extremely expensive.

Even nice SKSs and Enfields are much harder to find nowadays.
Almost all FR-8 and Venezuela FNs are gone.

I almost bought accidentally a rifle back that I recently sold.

Guess nothing fresh enters the country, right? Or is it just coincidence?

Cheers

Martin

Except for Ex-Soviet rifles, all other sources are pretty much dried up. Many countries instead of selling them on the world market are now destroying their milsurps under United Nations mandate (Canada, South Africa, Norway, France, etc...). Modern Milsurps coming on the market are all prohibited in Canada.

Well, as soon as I finish moving into a new house this summer, I know where you'll be able to find a LOT of quality pieces .... :D

I agree though, getting harder to find nice collectible pieces on this side of the border. ;)
