No rings fit on my scope

Ok, If theres no one in town here then I'll definately take her up to the spring show (can't wait for that show). Its just strange that the normal (Or at lest what I thought was normal) rings won't fit. Wait I have an Idea, I got a set of rings that came with another one of our 1" scopes, I'll go and give those a try tonight...
