No4 mark I S.N.

I have a No4 mark I Lee Enfield and the serial number is: KC20468.It was FTR in 1949.No indication on where it was made.Is someone capable to identify the arsenal with that SN ?

Is there a date stamped on the left side of the butt socket? Serial number indicates it was manufactured by ROF Fazakerley.
