No7 Transit Box

Just wondering if the Lee Enfield Rifle No7 transit box has any collector value, Thanks in advance.

They are collectible but the shipping cost are a problem.

I just bought 2 at a show for 100.00, guy just wanted to get rid of them. I would say they are a 7-8/10, more expensive to ship than what they are worth unfortunately

The CNo.7 chest can be modified to create a replica No. 15 sniper rifle chest. Unscrew the bottom board of the recipient chest, excise the bottom 3-odd inches of the donor chest, and biscuit edge-glue the two together to make up the inside height of 8 7/8" for a No.15. There are now enough replica No.4T sniper rifles that need chests, but the CNo.7 chest is too shallow for a rifle with the scope attached.
