When was the no9 bayonet issued and to what rilfle?

The No9 was a post war bayonet for the #4mk1... not sure if they ever saw active use or not but they likely did. The No7 is the coolest #4mk1 bayonet:

There is also the M9 bayonet which is in current use in the US for the M16 series of rifles.
