Non Frankenpinned mag

I have a few SKSs. I just bought some of the removable Tapco mags for my Norinco SKS that I have in a Tapco stock. The Norinco mag has always worked flawlessly and is non frankenpinned. I have a couple of Russian SKSs and one of them is a mint laminate that is frankenpinned. Would it be a good idea to install the Norinco mag I just removed and install it in the Russian SKS? I would think it would be better?

Some SKS mags have different dimensional tolerances between manufacturers but they all ought to fit, some may just require more persuasion than others. With the frankenpins popping loose lately swapping them would not be a bad idea so that you always stay compliant.
