Non res. Moose.Guidr or no guide?

I dont have a copy of the hunting regs yet for Ontario but was wondering if a U.S.hunter wants to hunt moose here does he /she require a licenced guide?This pertains to N.E.Ontario..s.

you need to go through a liscensed outfitter.

He doesn't nessesarily need a guide but he does have to fet his tag thru an outfitter and be accomadated by that outfitter.

They have to go through an outfitter.He/she can't go through a guide sevice to get a tag,and hunt with a group who didn't go through the outfitter he/she is with.
Only exceptions are is if he/she is hunting with an immediate family member who is a citizen,or owns land in the WMU.
