Non-resident small game hunting in Quebec

Anybody here know what is entailed in getting a small game licence to hunt Grouse/Partridge in Quebec? I got an invite to hunt accross the river but I am having a hard time figuring out the process and cost from the Quebec MNR website.

I am an Ontario resident with my Ontario Hunters Safety& Outdoors card with Ontario small game tag.
