Non-restricted 9-mil Carbine?

Anyone know if there is a Canadian option for a non-restricted 9-mil Carbine?

Trying to keep the ammo costs down, but still want the fun

Beretta CX4 storm with a longer barrel. Give Ellwood epps a call they will put an longer barrel on one and sell it to you as non restricted. They currently have the CX4 in stock too.
