non-restricted black guns

hey guys just wondering if you could tell me what black guns on the market are non-restricted, looking into a kel-tec su16, or an acr/xcr or maybe an ar 180b if i could find one, or something along those lines but i was just wondering what else is similar that is non-res. thx
