10/22 were too fun, so the RCMP bunged up the mags. In my experience the ISSC Mk22 and Pietta PPS are both picky with ammo.

Good NR black rifles will cost you. The Tavor is handy, but bullpups aren't for everyone. XCRs show up at Tac Matches, and most newer ones run well. The x39 option is nice for cheaper ammo. I qfind the ACR very heavy for tac rifle, especially with the NR DMR barrels.

I'm not a fan of the SU-16 or T97. The KelTec is very plasticky and not accurate. The T97s vary wildly, but overall their ergos are terrible and the magwell is picky. This can be improved with the FTU and aftermarket lower, but then you're approaching Tavor $, especially with the softer market due to the arrival of the X95.

Apparently they have had a handful of issues with feeding and ammo, ive yet to fire mine that i picked up for Christmas but will see come range time. according to manufacture certain newer versions of the gun have been updated with no problems hoping mine was one of those batches

Which gun are you referring to?

Just get a Ruger Mini 14 , or Mini 30 ; and put a folding tactical stock on it , and you are good to go . Non restricted , can take it hunting , on the quad , to the cottage , etc....and no restricted or gun club use only requirements . Plus they are tough as nails , and there are lots of good used ones for sale . If I was going to get another , I would go for the stainless .
