Non-restricted black rifles in calibers other than 223.

I'm interested in black rifles but would like to use it on my private property and to be able to use it for a bush gun while hunting. In Alberta that means 23 cal or bigger. I know of the m1 garand and the mini thirty. Though neither are really black rifles. Are there many choices in Canada? Thanks.

It's a bullpup so all the weight is at the back of the rifle.....very very quick.

I should be relatively easy to convert an XCR to 300 Whisper.

Or neck up the 223 case to 243. Should be good enough for deer.
