Non Restricted, Non DMR Bushmaster ACR for sale anywhere?

Is there a vendor selling non restricted Bushmaster ACR's that aren't the DMR version? I know custom shops were doing them a while back. But I dont know if anyone has inventory or they all have to be ordered.

Or is it cheaper to buy the DMR and change out the stock and what not to try and lighten it up then buy a converted one with a new barrel? Thanks for the heads up.
