Non-restricted, pistol caliber, semi-auto rifles. Do they exist?

I am in the market for a semi-auto rifle is 9mm luger but can't seem to find one with the non-restricted barrel length. I have seen the Sub 2000, Cx4 Storm and Hi-Point Carbines, but they are all restricted due to barrel length.

Are there any new production rifles out there that fit the bill?

Edit: As an aside, are there any bolt action pistol calibers?

The Sub-2000 model that is on the Canadian market has a barrel length over 18.5 inches, so it is non-restricted. The barrel simply continues past the front sight assembly. Here's a pic of mine:

One of the more expensive routes:

ETA

Still need to take it in to get it verified, still trying to work out a handguard for it that doesn't kill the lines of the gun!

Damn son! Very ###y! What exactly is it, where at, and how much??

What's a guy looking at to get a CX4 rebarreled to NR specs?

I remember getting some quotes, and it was hovering just around $1300-$1500, for the gun & shipping to me, shipping to a 'smith, the rebarrel charge, and shipping back.
That being said, look into Wolverine or Epps- If I remember right, they may offer a non-restricted version, or might be able to rebarrel it for you before shipping it out to you.
