Non restricted Vz-61 scorpion

I know this has been discussed many times in the past but all the threads were from before the oic ban and handgun freeze. It looks like CSA now makes the long barrel 22lr version that everybody wanted back in the day. Is north sylva still the importer for Csa and would this still be non restricted?

I do realize the regular ones are a restricted rifle in Canada not a handgun
