So I was convinced the other day that I "Needed" to build my first AR for 3-Gun/To Have an AR and I've started my build with an AERO Precision M4E1 upper with a Premium Ballistic Advantage 16" .223 Wylde Barrel with Mid-length gas block and 15" M-Lok Quantum Handguard. Im the kind of person who likes to be efficient and do things right the first time. Therefore Id love to hear advice/opinions on the purchase of my next crucial components. Id like a STS Flared magwell lower but not sure what brand yet, I plan to buy a M4-72 muzzle brake, Id like a premium trigger but not sure which one(maybe an ELFMAN), I have no clue what BCG to go with either(lancer?) I plan to run an A2 Stock so I'm maybe leaning towards a JP Captured bolt as well. But like i said Im a noob in the AR world and would love to hear what you guys think, Im not in a big hurry to finish this build or get out shooting since I'm currently recovering from some broken ribs due to an unfortunate Ktm riding accident. Thanks in advance for your time and advice!

I'd say it all depends what you're really after here. Are you wanting a reliable machine or Gucci bling?
Can't comment much on lowers as my personal belief is simple. They're all the same, aside from the Gucci milled ones which I personally don't use.
Trigger, buy a geissele. Hands down no one makes better, and more reliable triggers. Every other trigger manufacturer for the AR is just playing catch up to what Bill and his team are doing.
Bolt carrier, unless you want something slick just get a standard milspec. I've run all types of BCG's from E-BCG's, to NiB, Ti, titanium lightweights etc and found they never offered me anything that a basic, and usually much cheaper Daniel defense milspec didn't. The only slight benefit the NiB carriers have is they're slightly easier to clean. The Lantac EBCG does make some claims in which I could see it as beneficial while running suppressed, but that's irrelevant this far north.

While I can appreciate anyone who wants to build a really kickass AR, and I'll never tell anyone not to but I'll still mention the same thing I do to everyone.
All the match grade pieces, and all the high speed components won't make you shoot any better. The most important part of any rifle (or firearm) is healthy diet of quality training, dedicated practice, and a metric d!ck ton of ammunition.

You don't sound like a noob to me! All the parts names and brands, phew.. I just bought my first NEA lower dirt cheap and a geiselle LPK. Gonna start with that and see now that goes lol. Good luck on your build!
