Noob question: Shotgun length?

I was looking into buying a Dominion Arms Grizzly shotgun with a 15" barrel. With its' current fixed stock configuration it is non-restricted.
If I were to install a Tapco Remington 870 stock kit (the one with the 6 point adjustable butt stock) would it still meet the legal required length for it to be non-restricted?
 
Your best bet would to measure, because the minimum length is important - not the length you actually have it set at. Having said that, if the barrel is 15", as long as the receiver and the stock are 11", you're golden.
 
Yes and that's the problem. I don't want a restricted shotgun so keeping the length non-restricted is a top concern for me. I can't seem to find any info on the length of the Tapco stock. I can find its weight but the length is a mystery.

Does anyone have this set up that can offer their 2 cents on the topic?
