Noobish question about rings??

what scopes take what rings?? ie; 30mm ring, 1'' rings or 34mm rings,
what rings do i need for a bushnell elite 3200 3x9x40 or 10x40??

1" is what you need. The scope box with tell you what size the tube is. If you cant find it you can look the scope up on the net and find the specs.

I'll just add that rings generally come in different hights, low, medium, high, etc. For most 40mm scopes, medium rings should work, depending on who makes them.

Some low rings will work on 40mm too. Don't cheap out on rings, they're crucial to performance...
